Deadly Headshots (Alpha 16) is a mod for the game, and the main purpose of this is to modify the damage and make it more deadly while performing a headshot. In the headshot, you can perform it with any kind of weapon, but for a better result, you should use weapons that can kill with a single shot in the skull. These weapons are crossbows, bows, and all guns. Now, you can kill a lot of people with just a couple of strikes (or less), and also, the skull is more vulnerable, and the chances of getting killed by the enemies are higher.
