For beginners, using a keyboard or a gamepad as the input method in Arcade or GPS mode is recommended. But, if you want a fully immersive game experience that can prepare you for DCL Draft Selection then you should play this with a transmitter as it can help you to develop excellent flight skills that you can apply for real drone competitions. 

DCL - The Game provides a decent and realistic visual graphics that can get you engaged in the game. However, the sound design might distract and annoy you as has that painfully loud noise that you can hear in every drone, which can eventually force you to play the game in mute.
