大华供方系统 (Dahua Supplier System) is a business and productivity program developed by Dahua Group Co.ltd. It is a comprehensive supplier management platform that consists of two main modules: the external supplier portal and the project information management.

The purpose of the external supplier portal is to unify the supplier entry point and create a standardized and complete supplier management platform for the group. It integrates internal business systems to enhance standard business management and information transmission. The portal platform provides suppliers with an information tool for business feedback and information delivery. This project includes both mobile and PC versions.

The project information management module is divided into two major business segments: rectification orders and performance assessment. By exchanging data between the EAS system and the rectification order system, and combining evaluation results from various departments, it establishes a systematic and standardized approach to supplier performance management. This ensures that supplier management becomes systematic and standardized, promotes information exchange and coordination between departments, reduces management deviations between different companies, and minimizes overall management differences. The software platform provides support, unifies evaluation standards, and establishes a fair and transparent mechanism. It optimizes the dimensions of project supplier performance evaluation and provides a basis for supplier management and evaluation. It aims to address the uneven performance management status quo, effectively identify problematic units and individuals responsible.
