Carthage Water and Electric's CWEP Mobile Customer Access (MCA) app, the second-generation release, offers customers enhanced features for managing their utility accounts. Users can now access their accounts 24/7, 365 days a year, with added functionalities like checking balance information, making payments, viewing statement and payment history, and tracking usage graphs. The latest update introduces new features such as viewing payment arrangement balances, enrolled programs, enhanced usage graphs, signing up for notifications, reporting outages, accessing outage maps (if available), utility contact details, and receiving messages upon app login.

Customers can now conveniently log in using biometric options like fingerprint or facial recognition, ensuring a secure and seamless experience.
