The Customizable Death Penalty mod lets you choose what the penalty is for dying.

It can be enabled for the individual player or for all of them at once. When the mod is enabled, the game will remember your choice for each player, and when they die, they will be penalized the way you have chosen.

The default only offers disable items loss. You can enable other options by running the game once. Close the game after it shown up to the screen, then make sure to modify 'config.json' file inside the CustomizableDeathPenalty folder.

After the title screen has shown up, you can make your choice of what punishment suits the best.
