This is a mod inspired by the original Special in Fallout 3 but in a different way. It allows you to set how many points you begin with and allows you to choose to spend more points on specific attributes. It also includes a 40-point start that matches the initial Special numbers from Fallout 3 (5 per stat + 5 to spend).

This mod has been built with FO4Edit and is compatible with NMM. It is free to download and use.

This mod will allow you to change your SPECIAL attributes. It will work with any attributes you have, and you can change them independently or all at once.
