Custom animations short tutorial is a video tutorial for working with the toolset and environment of Gda files. It was originally posted on YouTube in discussions for the attached video and I'm posting it here so anyone interested can try to create his own custom animations (don't have blog or similar). This procedure was used when "Bully" (mod where you slap NPCs) was created.

It is a long-winded process, so I won't explain everything here, just the highlights.

First, you need to download Bully. You can find it on the website. It is free for download and use.
