Cubic Chess reinvents the classic game in a translucent 8x8x8 cube 512 cells of pure 3D strategy. Every piece you know is here, but their movement has been extended to three dimensions: bishops slide through the planes of a color-bound cube, knights jump in L-shapes across all axes, the queen dominates twenty-six directions, and pawns advance toward the opposite corner through both the X and Z axes.
