Users can specify pickup and delivery addresses along with associated items, with a maximum weight limit of 20kg. The entire process, from pickup to delivery, is designed to be completed within a 2-hour timeframe.

For occasional clients, the platform seamlessly guides them through submitting their requests and proceeding to payment via Visa/Mastercard. Once payment is confirmed, the system initiates the assignment of a courier to the request. Clients can then track the progress of their delivery in real-time using the LiveTracking feature.
