CTM Buddy also allows customers to check their phone and equipment maintenance status and enquire about IDD, local phone numbers, and data roaming service detailed information. The app provides the location of CTM shops and a shortcut to follow CTM social media platforms. 

Additionally, CTM Buddy offers designated functions and information only applicable to CTM customers who have activated their account through the app, such as usage checking and QR code bill payment for postpaid customers or remaining usage and expiry date for prepaid customers, online applications, CTM membership checking, rewards service, and CTM Wi-Fi resend and reset password.
