CrazyPoly is designed in a way that allows players to quickly learn the basics of the game while having fun with various game modes and themes. In the beginning, players will be given a small amount of money and the goal is to buy properties, build levels, and increase the amount of money they make.

Players can enjoy two game themes: Classic and Western. The classic theme allows players to play the game in a turn-based manner, wherein each turn a player takes a certain amount of money and buys a property of the same color. The western theme allows players to play in a real-time manner, where a player can purchase properties and rob others. Robbing can be performed similarly to CrazyPoly, but in Western themes, it is considered eviler and illegal.
