CramPad: AI Notes & Flashcards, from KriyaXlabs, is an Android study assistant that automates the creation of notes and flashcards for learners. The app converts user content into study-ready material by using AI summarization and automatic card generation, turning uploaded text and documents into structured review items. Key capabilities include automated flashcard creation, document parsing, and quiz generation. It targets students and professionals facing heavy study loads, offering a faster way to prepare for exams and certification work.

CramPad acts as an automated study preparer to reduce manual note-making

The app serves as a single place to turn raw material into study items. It uses algorithmic extraction to pull key points from user inputs and package them as notes and cards, replacing time-consuming transcription. That automation addresses the common learning problem of converting lectures and readings into concise review material, so learners spend less time formatting content and more time practicing recall.

Spaced repetition and AI summarization target durable recall

Built-in spaced repetition schedules reviews at scientifically supported intervals, a method that spaces practice to strengthen memory over time; the app applies that scheduling to generated cards. AI summarization condenses lengthy chapters and complex passages into high-level notes, which reduces cognitive load during review sessions and clarifies what the spaced schedule should prioritize for retention.

Designed for intensive-study learners rather than early elementary users

Primary audience includes students in demanding programs and professionals, explicitly those in medicine, law, and engineering, as well as certification candidates and lifelong learners. The app supports self-directed study workflows on Android devices and includes OCR to convert photographed notes into digital cards, which helps learners who mix paper and digital materials in their study process.

Handles mixed media inputs and offers built-in assessment tools

Multi-modal input covers document uploads, video links, and images. The YouTube-to-flashcards feature converts lecture URLs into concise cards and summaries, and document processing handles PDFs and other files. Quiz generation produces practice tests to gauge readiness before exams. User feedback highlights accurate extraction of key concepts from complex PDFs and videos, which supports rapid creation of usable study sets.

CramPad is a practical choice for heavy-study learners with Android devices

CramPad is a practical option for students and professionals who want automated conversion of course material into review items, because it combines AI extraction with review scheduling. One consideration is platform scope, the app is available for Android only, which limits device choices for some learners. CramPad suits anyone seeking faster preparation workflows for exam-focused study.
