NYS ENX is a mobile application that helps to slow the spread of COVID-19 in New York State by using Bluetooth technology on mobile devices. By opting in, the application will notify you with a notification if another user you’ve been near tests positive for COVID-19.

This application is part of a partnership between Google, Apple, and the New York Departments of Public Health. The goal of the partnership is to develop a COVID-19 notification system that uses Bluetooth on mobile devices to help slow the spread of COVID-19. This app is the official notification system for New York.
