1 - The origin of this interpretation:

The evolution of memory on the Second World War in France.

In this application, we try to present the Second World War in a different way, by combining and resocializing historical data. This new approach allows us to approach the Second World War from a new angle and shed light on events which still need to be studied.

We will try to show:

• How did the memory of the Second World War develop in the 1970s?
• How did the presidents of the Republic intervene in this memory in their own way.
