CorrLinks is a lifestyle app developed by Advanced Technologies Group LLC. It provides a platform for family and friends to electronically communicate with their loved ones who are incarcerated in institutions. This system is currently available for use in all Federal Bureau of Prisons and Department of Corrections (DOC) for the States of Iowa and Oklahoma institutions.

The app offers several features to enhance and streamline communication. Users can stay in contact with their loved ones through real-time alerts, receiving immediate push notifications on their device whenever a new message is received. Additionally, the app eliminates the need to log in on a mobile device, making it more convenient for users. Messages also download faster and previously read messages are stored in the inbox, eliminating the need to download them again.

CorrLinks allows users to retain all of their messages for 60 days, instead of the standard 30 days. Users can also attach up to three mobile devices to their account for added convenience. Furthermore, the app eliminates the need for Captcha verification, making the login process smoother.

To use CorrLinks, a paid Premier Account subscription is required, which costs $6.00 per year. This subscription offers great value, costing less than $0.50 per month. For any issues with the app, users can contact CorrLinks support through their website.
