Çorlu KODER, a collaborative project between Çorlu Municipality and Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University Çorlu Engineering Faculty, offers users the ability to report odors in their vicinity that either bother or please them. Users can identify the estimated source, type, duration, and level of discomfort caused by the experienced odor, which is then submitted to the system. They can record the odor experience for later submission as well.

Users can start reporting odors by registering or view notifications made by other users in the last hour without registration. Key features include:

• Sending odor complaints in the location to a system evaluated by authorized authorities.
• Viewing odor reports from other users to gain insights into general satisfaction levels.
• Collecting odor complaints in a reliable and practical manner on a single platform, tracking changes over time and region.
• Making odor complaints traceable and reportable.
• Facilitating decision-making processes for solutions, measures, and sanctions related to odor issues by municipalities and other authorized authorities based on user notifications.
