Coopers Hawk is an award-winning winery and restaurant group based in Santa Ynez, California. The company was founded in 2005 by the co-owner of the original Chez Panisse, Tim McEnery. The group's first winery was built on a parcel of land in the foothills of the Santa Ynez Mountains. The first tasting room opened in Santa Ynez in 2007 and since then, the group has opened 49 winery locations, including two in Santa Ynez and one each in Los Alamos, Santa Barbara, and Paso Robles. The company also operates two restaurants in Santa Ynez: Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant and Piccolo Buco.

Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant is the culinary heart of the group and offers a variety of dining options, including a full-service restaurant, a casual café, and the award-winning Cooper's Hawk Winery.
