CommCare LTS is a long-term support version of CommCare, a mobile platform for low-resource settings, designed to support frontline workers (FLWs) across 200+ projects in more than 50 countries. This app is easily customizable, open-source, and supports longitudinal client tracking. It is specialized for low-literate users, runs on Android and Java phones, works offline, integrates SMS for performance improvement, and has an application builder designed for non-programmers. Moreover, it is also used to build rapid diagnostic tools and medical reference libraries.

CommCare LTS has features like GPS integration, interactive multimedia, and branching logic, which helps FLWs to track and support their clients with registration forms, checklists, SMS reminders, and multimedia. The app supports multiple languages, web-based reporting, and is SMS-enabled. It also provides counseling messages to improve frontline worker performance, better reporting, and better client practices and education.
