Comic Text is a Chrome extension developed by David Mills that replaces the built-in Chrome tooltip, making it easier to read the mouseover title-text for popular webcomics like xkcd. With this extension, you no longer have to worry about the tooltip disappearing after a few seconds. It will stay visible as long as your mouse remains over the image.
