The idea of a last mile is pretty simple: It is where the consumer is, and it is where the delivery services want to deliver the goods.

It is the simplest way to receive parcels. Did you know that when Cleveron set up SmartPost, Estonia’s first automated parcel machine network, in 2009, no one could imagine that 8 years later over 80% of Estonians would prefer receiving their parcels via the automated parcel machine?

Now we introduce you to our new vision. Cleveron is launching something entirely new and refreshing under the CollectNet brand. It will be the future last-mile solution.

The mobile application allows the consumer to receive parcels from various merchants at their doorsteps.

The service introduced in the first phase is an easy-to-use mobile application that allows the end-consumer to use the PackRobot as a transfer or delivery point. The consumer can request a delivery or transfer of a parcel, and the parcel will be sent directly from the station to the consumer’s door. The consumer does not need to make a request and wait for the service; the service is activated automatically when the consumer downloads the application.
