ColisPrivé is an Android app that allows you to track packages in real-time, regardless of which store you ordered from. To use the app, simply enter your package number or the first three characters of the store name, and your customer number.

The app offers two delivery options:

• Easy: Your package is delivered to you at home, either in your mailbox or to a third person. If you're not home, the ColisPrivé team will deliver your package to the nearest relay point. You'll receive an email or text message with the address and hours of the relay point.
• Bis: Your package is delivered to you at home, either in your mailbox or to a third person. If you're not home, the ColisPrivé team offers three redelivery options (to your home, to a third person, or to one of 4500 relay points).

You can track your package at any time on the app or on the ColisPrivé website. If there is an issue with delivery, you can also file a complaint directly from the app. This function is accessible at the bottom of the package detail screen.
