ColdSide is a psychological horror game from indie developer AdroVGames. This game follows a digger as he goes on a chilling adventure inside an abandoned underground laboratory. Your goal is to investigate the lab and find his missing colleague.

Never saying no to an adventure, you grab your bag and go to the laboratory. However, Oliver is nowhere to be found. You will explore the laboratory and solve the puzzle to unveil the mystery behind the lab. How the game ends depends on your actions.

Gameplay-wise, there is nothing new you can expect from this game. As mentioned, it is basically a walking simulator where you explore the laboratory and solve every puzzle you see. The puzzles are very simple to solve. What makes the game challenging are the jump scares and the chase sequences. Not to mention, there are way too many corridors you will walk through here.

However, what makes the game standout is its graphics. As noted, it is built with Cry Engine 5. The map is visually gorgeous with great textures and details. It also has volumetric lighting, which adds so much tension and atmosphere. Bringing more chill to the game are the sound effects, which add enough ambient noise to rattle you as you play.
