The Virtual Reading Club is a service of the Electronic Library of the Cervantes Institute aimed at online social reading. It allows users to enjoy and discuss a wide variety of titles, both in Spanish and Latin American literature. The project incorporates online social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, and also provides support for mobile devices.

How does it work?

When you start the application, you will be prompted to register or log in with your username and password. Once you do that, you will be able to choose from a list of the most recent clubs. There will be one for each library you are a member of, and they will be connected to the e-book collection. You can also create your own club.

After that, you will be able to choose the book you want to read, and the time and place that you want to read it. Then, you will be asked whether you want to read with friends or read alone. If you choose to read with friends, you will be able to choose from a list of your most recent friends.

Once you have completed the reading, you can submit your opinion on the book and discuss it with other readers.
