CloseOut is a mobile application developed by Lifecycle Mobile for Android users in the Business & Productivity category. This free app aims to help improve the cash flow of your construction business by ensuring that your field workers accurately document their work and provide photographic proof of service.

With CloseOut, field workers can easily take photos required to document their work correctly the first time. The app provides clear guidance and examples, making it easier for workers to capture the necessary information. The captured photos are then synchronized to the CloseOut approval portal in near real-time.

The approval portal allows forepersons and project managers to review the photos and reject them for re-take if needed. This ensures that all photos are correctly captured and reviewed before the crew leaves the job site, reducing go-backs and re-work. Field crews are notified of rejected photos while they are still on-site, minimizing delays and improving efficiency.

By using CloseOut, construction businesses can not only reduce costs but also minimize client rejections and get paid more quickly. It provides a streamlined process for documenting work and ensures that all necessary information is captured accurately.
