Climbing Gym Simulator is an indie first-person management sim that puts you in charge of running your own indoor climbing gym facility. Your job is to design climbing walls, order holds, set routes—complete with names, colors, and difficulty ratings—and manage the day-to-day operations of a bouldering gym.

The physics-based NPC climbers add both charm and chaos—being ragdoll puppets, they don’t always stick the landing, keeping things unpredictable. Note that the game is currently in a private playtest phase, focusing on core route-setting mechanics without climbers or open-gym features; however, it is still in early testing with no clear release date, which may frustrate interested players.
