To get started, users need to download the app and register with their details. Without registration, businesses will not be able to accumulate points for the user. Once registered, users can navigate to the "Negocios" (Affiliates) section to explore the businesses and rewards offered for point accumulation. Users will find a mix of businesses they are already customers of and others that they can start patronizing to earn points.

To accumulate points, users simply need to visit the business or place an order through their preferred channel and provide their identification number. Points are accumulated based on the amount purchased or consumed, with 1 point earned for every S/1 spent. After the business has recorded the points, users can confirm the operation in the app.

Redeeming rewards is straightforward. Users must reach the required number of points specified by each business's defined levels. Once the user reaches or exceeds a level, they can request their reward during their visit by showing their identification document or by sending a digital photo of it and indicating the number of points they have accumulated as a security measure.
