Classic Novels & Books is a free reference mobile app developed by Houstin Angwenyi. It is a reading companion that provides users access to an online library where they can browse and read a diverse collection of books and novels. There are various titles available across multiple genres, and it features a clean and simple UI for unobstructed reading.

A collection of classic literature

After installing the Classic Novels & Books app, you can start browsing its collection right away. The homepage is divided into different sections for trending titles, suggested reads, and many more. Alternatively, you can use the search function if you already have a book in mind. Now, the actual reading screen is pretty straightforward, with handy buttons below to flip through pages.

Other features include a favorites section to save titles to read later and support for audio playback to read text out loud to you. Best of all, the app has an offline mode, so you can come back to a book and continue reading without being connected. One aspect that it needs to address is the lack of customization and library management options.

Browse and start reading

All in all, if you’re a bookworm who's a fan of the classics (pun intended), then the Classic Novels & Books app is something you can check out. It offers a nice selection of titles to choose from, there’s an audiobook-like feature, and the offline mode will please many readers. It still needs work in some aspects, but it’s an interesting app worth a look.
