Clarity by Wellvana is a chrome extension that allows registered healthcare providers access to Wiseman's 360 eco-system of services from a provider’s web-based EMR. It enables providers to have access to important actionable patient information at the point of care to effectively perform in a value-based contract.

Clarity offers several features to optimize patients' risk score and subsequent financial opportunities. It helps ensure that active diagnoses are documented each year. Additionally, it presents open quality gaps according to payer contracts, assisting providers in achieving the highest quality score against their patients and avoiding possible penalties. The extension also assists in scheduling and completing patient annual wellness visits with ease.

Another useful feature of Clarity is its ability to show complete patient utilization history in a compact view. This allows providers to review patient costs and utilization by other physician offices and facilities. Furthermore, Clarity enables patient referrals to other providers and organizations.

Clarity by Wellvana is a free download available on the Chrome Web Store. It works with the majority of web-based EMRs and opens as a ribbon on top of the EMR interface. It does not alter or restrict EMR functionality in any way and can be minimized to show any hidden content.

It's important to note that Clarity does not use any explicit permissions available to Chrome extensions and only processes web pages specific to integrated web-based EMRs. For desktop-based EMRs, Clarity is also available as a window application.
