Civic and Ethical Education Grade 9 Textbook is an educational app developed to deliver Civic and Ethical Education textbooks for Grade 9 students of Ethiopian schools.

The app is developed for students of schools that have not been equipped with Civics and Ethics education since before it was a compulsory subject in the school curriculum. This application is therefore aimed at helping the students to gain knowledge of a subject that they are otherwise not taught in their school system.
