City Rewards 2.0 is a free iPhone application developed by City Mart Holding Company Limited. This lifestyle app falls under the shopping category and allows users to collect reward points when purchasing merchandise at various participating outlets.

With City Rewards 2.0, users can enjoy the full features of the program by downloading the app and following the in-app instructions. The new version of the app introduces several exciting enhancements, including City Points as the primary balance, a new way to view all merchants and rewards, mobile telco top-ups, a dedicated section for City Gift with City Cash MMK balance, one-time use and expiry vouchers, City Mall Online Browser shoppability, and a new and improved user experience design and functionality.

By presenting their City Rewards physical card or the app at participating stores, users can earn points, enjoy exclusive promotions, and member discounts. These points can be used to offset future purchases as a cash equivalent. It's important to note that points will expire after one year at the end of the equivalent month in which they were earned.

Even if users forget to bring their card or phone, they can still earn points or enjoy member promotions and discounts by providing their mobile phone number, NRC number (for Myanmar citizens), or Passport number (for other nationals). However, redemption of points will require the physical card or app for security purposes.
