Circlys is a mobile application that enables you to join public circles (Rosca) through which you will get the opportunity to meet and interact with well trusted people.

Once you join a circle, you will be asked to sign a promissory note. This promissory note could lead someone to a lawsuit, so, you have to pay on time. Once the paying is done, your cycle will be registered with a unique identifier, and you will be asked to fill a form that will ask you questions regarding your medical condition and your financial background. Once you have filled it, you will be able to join the circle you wanted.

You can join a private circle by purchasing a package from the app. The private circle is just like the public circle except that you can choose which members you will be accepting in it.

After the registration process is completed, the circle will be opened up for new members to join. Your circle can be closed for a member that doesn't pay on time, or if he/she changes his/her address.
