The app introduces three adorable animal characters - a lion, horse, and alligator - that the child can name and interact with during brushing time. These characters teach children how to brush properly and ensure that they reach all quadrants of their mouth. Colorful animations show the inside of the animal character's mouth while the child brushes, making it fun and interactive.

To motivate children, the app rewards them with coins when they brush correctly for the recommended two minutes, twice a day. These coins can be used to purchase food items to care for their animal character. The child is encouraged to select healthy food options, but they can also choose less healthy choices, teaching them about the importance of making their own healthy eating decisions.
