With CHIPR, athletes can track their Activity Score, Recovery Score, and Sleep Score. These scores help athletes understand their performance levels and make informed decisions to optimize their training and lifestyle choices. By analyzing data from the Apple Health app and Apple Watch, CHIPR provides athletes with personalized recommendations to improve their performance.

One of the key features of CHIPR is the ability to create "Groups." These groups allow coaches and teammates to view each member's Activity Score, Recovery Score, and Sleep Score. Please note that CHIPR offers a 1-week free trial for subscribers. After the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
