It is a free service for customers of beauty salons, barbershops, nail salons, massage parlors, and esthetic salons that have implemented the POS system "Bionly." In collaboration with Bionly, this app provides a free communication platform to connect salons and customers. Prior to using the app, users are required to register an account with their email address (free of charge).

With the reservation feature, users can select staff, services, and preferred dates and times to make appointments. Reservations can be made 24/7 through the app. Real-time availability of reservation slots is reflected, and users can also cancel or modify their reservations*1.

The chat feature allows direct messaging and image exchange between salon staff and customers. Users can send images to show their desired hairstyle or discuss treatment details with the staff.

Users can view their past salon visits, including the date and time of the visit, treatment details, purchased products, and the staff member who attended to them.
