Chess is a board game between two players where you have to protect your King. This application allows you to play chess offline and online for free on your device. Each player starts with sixteen pieces: eight pawns, two knights, two bishops, two rooks, one queen, and one king.

Each player tries to checkmate the other player's king in order to win the game. No move can prevent a checkmate, which is a threat (or "check") to the enemy king. The game is over as a result.
