We created this project, Cherry Pie, to help you manage your pull request history and get your PR’s back up to date. Cherry Pie is the missing link in the whole pull request history management process. Cherry Pie does exactly what you expect: extract files and stage them to a new branch. All the code you write is preserved, as well as the files and code from the other branch. If your pull request has been reviewed and approved, the files will be copied from the current branch to the destination branch.
