The average human spends more time checking their phone than they do talking face-to-face. Don't believe me? Install Checky and you'll discover the horrifying truth about your smartphone habit.

This simple app keeps track of how many times you've checked your phone today. It also displays the information for yesterday's total, which you can choose to receive as a notification.

Checky doesn't do a lot, but it does provide sobering evidence of how we've all become slaves to our smartphones.
