ChatPlus, developed by parand, is an unofficial Telegram client for Android that targets power users who want extended control over conversations. The app connects to existing Telegram accounts to add multi-account management, categorized chat tabs, and a dedicated download manager, while including built-in MTProto proxy tools for connectivity across restricted networks. Key capabilities include Ghost Mode, hidden chat folders, UI theming, and contact-change tracking. It fits users needing discreet messaging controls and advanced mobile organization.

What is ChatPlus used for?

ChatPlus acts as an alternate Telegram client that keeps your Telegram account and contacts while exposing extra organization and utility tools. The app supports multiple simultaneous accounts and separates conversations into categorized tabs for personal, group, channel, and bot chats. It also bundles a dedicated file manager and voice changer, so the tool addresses both everyday messaging and heavier media or content-management workflows on Android devices.

• Multi-account handling
• Categorized chat tabs
• Dedicated file manager

How private are your conversations in ChatPlus?

Privacy features focus on discreet activity and local protections. Ghost Mode lets you read messages without sending read receipts, and hidden chat folders can be protected with a password or pattern lock. The app also tracks contact changes such as profile pictures or usernames for awareness. These functions give users explicit controls over presence and local access to conversations rather than altering Telegram’s network-layer protections.

How do you manage organization, connectivity, and cross-device sync?

Organization and connectivity aim to reduce disruption for heavy users. The advanced download manager schedules and organizes media, while extensive UI customization helps visually separate account contexts. Built-in MTProto proxy support and optimized proxy rotation target regions with filtering or intermittent networks. Because the app uses the Telegram API, you sign in with an existing Telegram phone number and keep message sync consistent with other Telegram clients on your devices.

ChatPlus is a strong mobile choice for experienced Telegram users

ChatPlus is a practical option for Android power users who need tighter control over message visibility and conversation organization. Its status as an unofficial Telegram client means it operates via the Telegram API rather than as a standalone service, a consideration for long-term compatibility. Taken together, the app suits anyone focused on mobile privacy controls and multi-account workflows on Android devices.
