Champions of the Cosmos is a retro sci-fi real-time strategy game that immerses players in a vibrant universe inspired by 80's action figures, comics, and movies. The game allows players to embody powerful heroes equipped with unique abilities to manipulate the battlefield and conquer the cosmos. Players can choose to align with either the forces of light or darkness, each faction offering distinct heroes and mechanics. The game features fully voice-acted units, enhancing the immersive experience.

One of the standout features is the ability to terraform the environment using the rare ore Terranium. This mechanic enables players to reshape the terrain strategically during combat, whether by raising hills for defense or creating pitfalls for enemies. Additionally, the Terranium Laboratory allows for the research of new abilities, providing further depth to gameplay. Developed as a student project in just four months, the demo showcases the potential of a unique and engaging strategy experience.
