Challenges is ideal for people who are beginners at team fitness. Our app provides the ability to build and compete in a team challenge in which people from the same team are paired.

The team challenges allow people to form bonds and socialize with each other. Plus, everyone gets the bonus of a reward when you get to the top of your ranking.

Once you join a challenge, you’ll need to make sure you are ready to compete. To achieve a challenge, you’ll need to complete one of the three training rings: Stand, Move, and Exercise. There are a variety of ways you can achieve this, but what matters most is that you keep your team engaged in the challenge.

You’ll get your reward by getting as far up the standings as you can. When you complete a challenge, you’ll be rewarded with a medal. These medals give you the ability to receive team nudges from your teammates and friends.
