The Chainsaw Man Game: Quiz Denji is an arcade game that follows the story of Tatsuki Fujimoto, the protagonist of the manga series Chainsaw Man. Tatsuki is an average high school student leading an ordinary life, until he mysteriously finds himself in a world filled with magic and monsters. He discovers that there are others like him who possess magical powers and must learn to use his own abilities to protect himself and those around him.

To do so, Tatsuki must face various challenges and confront different types of people and monsters, some friendly and some hostile. He must learn to control and harness his powers through battle and experience. The game features different question types, including multiple-choice, true or false, and open-ended questions.
