CGHS is a Government of India initiative to provide free healthcare to the poor. It is a mobile-based program that allows people to submit their feedback on the quality of healthcare services received in their community and get rewarded for their contribution.

The app that we have developed for this purpose is designed to allow the public to easily access the program, submit their feedback and get rewarded.

How does it work?

Once you download the app, you will be asked to register your phone number with the program. This number will be used to send you notifications and also for the purpose of submitting your feedback.

After registering your phone number, you will be able to access the program.

You will be able to find the link to the online form on the homepage of the app.
