CF7 Conditional Fields is a free field editor for forms on WordPress that primarily works with Contact Form 7. It adds a new tag named  “Conditional Fields Group” that hides specific fields until certain conditions are met. You can also nest them and place the group inside emails and other means of communication. 

Since the plugin is specifically designed for CF7, it won’t work on other forms add-ons, such as WPForms, Formidable Forms, and HubSpot Forms. If you want to customize how the fields behave, you’ll need to know how to manipulate shortcodes. There are some tools you can unlock with the Pro version which lead to more advanced functionality.

Add conditions to fields

Contact Forms is a WordPress plugin that lets you capture responses from your audience and record them on the database. However, you might not want your audience to see all the fields immediately, making some change based on responses.
