Users can access over 20 exercises designed specifically for Cystic Fibrosis patients, with categories for easy selection, audio guidance during workouts, exercise variations for all levels including children, and the ability to create custom exercises and training programs. The app allows users to train anytime, anywhere without location constraints, track their activities, share achievements with friends and family, and set reminders for workouts.
