The app allows you to create small groups with members that can be in one of three different categories: the cell, the group, or the individual. Each of these groups can have its own cell phone number, and members can add one another as friends.

The app also allows you to create an emergency alert for your area, which can be sent via SMS, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media channels. The alert can contain one or more message fields, which allows the user to add a message to the alert. This message will then be sent to the members of the alert group, and it is also displayed on the members' phones.
