CE Milano Lodi Monza e Brianza (CEMI) is a free Android app designed to provide construction workers registered with Cassa Edile Milano, Lodi, Monza and Brianza easy access to their personal information. With CEMI, workers can view their personal details, such as contact information, work relationships with companies registered with Cassa Edile, hours worked, payments received with related statements, IBAN, and sizes for annual free work clothing and footwear. The app also provides information about the services available to workers and sends them notifications.

CEMI is an interactive app that allows workers to communicate changes in their address and contact information directly to Cassa Edile through the app. CEMI also provides direct links to the portals of the social partners (Assimpredil ANCE, FENEALUIL, FILCA CISL, FILLEA CGIL) and the main actors in the bilateral construction sector in the fields of health, social security, training, and health and safety.
