CD Warriors is a mobile application designed to assist in the registration and management of Civil Defence Warriors across India. Developed by the National Informatics Centre, this free Android app facilitates the enrollment of citizens as volunteers who are ready to respond to emergencies such as disasters, fires, and other crises. The app aims to enhance the capabilities of Civil Defence Volunteers (CDVs) by providing a platform that organizes and expands their operational reach, thereby strengthening national emergency response efforts.

Key features of the CD Warriors app include an easy registration process for volunteers, who receive a unique Personal Identification Number (PID) upon signing up. The application also includes an approval workflow that allows state and district-level Nodal Officers to review and approve volunteer applications through their dashboards. Additionally, the app offers a restoration module that enables registered CDVs to update their personal information, ensuring that their profiles remain accurate and current.
