Cashify Diagnose is a free tool for determining whether your device is suitable for a trade-in. Before conducting a diagnostic test, the user must allow the app to access their unit’s Bluetooth, camera, location, microphone, and phone state. Sadly, this app is only for Indian users.

Conduct tests on your device

Cashify Diagnose includes tests for your device’s camera, multitouch functionality, screen lock, volume keys, vibration, and many more. It will also show which tests have the “Passed” or “Failed” status. Not to worry, though, because you can redo the testing if you’re not satisfied with the results.

It will generate a QR code after the diagnostic tests, which needs to be shown to the recipient to complete the trade-in. The recipient must also double-check the unit’s IMEI number. Once the transaction is complete, you can uninstall the app and reset and hand in your device.

For Indian users only

Cashify Diagnose helps assess if your device’s features and functions—such as the camera and vibration—are in working condition. The tests can be retaken, too, which is a big plus. Its main target audience, however, is Indian users. Hence, this app is not meant for individuals from other countries.
