You can engage in crafting, choose from different fighting styles, and equip a wide array of weapons and armor. Land battles offer a different kind of challenge compared to naval encounters. These require strategic thinking as you confront various enemies with the support of companions. 

The combat system is robust, offering varied tactical choices and requiring you to be prepared for diverse battle scenarios. However, mature content is a significant aspect of the game, featuring realistic elements like combat, blood, strong language, and occasional sexual content, contributing to the game's historical authenticity and immersive experience.
