The app offers medical assistance for a variety of health concerns, including cough, sore throat, urinary tract infection, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and headache. You can choose the type of visit you need and select a provider. The doctors can diagnose, prescribe, and suggest follow-up care when appropriate. You can rest assured that your privacy is protected and the app complies with all federal and state laws for patient privacy and confidentiality.

If you use Apple Health, you can share your health information with the provider during your virtual video visit, such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood glucose levels, weight, nutritional information, and respiratory rate.
